Legislator Madhavaram Krishna Rao was the chief guest. He announced prize money of Rs 1 lakh by picking a draw of lots every month. The prize winners will be selected from among those who segregate dry garbage from wet garbage. The MLA announced the cash prize for women of the Kukatpally assembly constituency.
