Under a steely grey sky, in bitter cold weather, actors from Shakespeare's Globe performed Hamlet in Calais 'jungle' for around 300 refugees, in biting cold.

“There are a lot of young men and unaccompanied teenagers here. We are seeing kids going through the biggest struggle of their lives, falling apart mentally and physically, losing their minds … it is a tragedy to watch.”

The intiaive was found mostly appropriate for along with decent food and safe living conditions, migrants also need some entertaining time during which all stands still for a instant.
