The lawyer who represents late Whitney Houston's now dead daughter's estate, had filed a 40 million dollars lawsuit against Gordon in June, and has now filed new papers which outline shocking allegations, clearly pointing to homicide, TMZ.com reported.
As per the attorney, Gordon had come to the late young singer's place on January 31st at 6 am, all drunk and drugged, and went mad after he reviewed camera footage, screaming at Bobbi Kristina calling her a "whore and bitch."
It was then at some point that gave Bobbi Kristina a "toxic cocktail," making her unconscious, after which he dragged her to the bathroom and placed her face down in a tub filled with cold water.
The docs further state, Gordon then got in bed with a white female guest, and it was fifteen minutes later that another person, probably Max Lomas, found Bobbi Kristina in the tub.
Meanwhile, Gordon has denied any misconduct insisting that Bobbi Kristina had a drug overdose.
