Valletta (Malta): Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said for sustainable peace, he is ready for dialogue with India without preconditions, Geo News reported.

He also said Pakistan intends to maintain friendly relations with all its neighbours, including India and Afghanistan. Sharif stated this when he met British Premier David Cameron on the sidelines of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in the Maltese capital on Friday. Both also agreed to continue close collaboration in diverse fields, particularly in trade, investment and security.

Stating that Pakistan condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and was deeply saddened by the recent terrorist attacks in Paris, Nawaz Sharif said Pakistan itself being victim of terrorism could feel the pain of the French. David Cameron lauded Pakistan's efforts in eradication of militancy and extremism.

This was the third time the two Prime Ministers met during the current year, with earlier meetings taking place in April and September respectively.

PM's Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry and Pakistan's Ambassador in Malta resident in Tunisia Zaheer Pervaiz Khan were present.
