The officials of the Customs Department today confiscated 1,000 counterfeit ATM cards at Dhaka\'s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Dhaka : The officials of the Customs Department today confiscated 1,000 counterfeit ATM cards at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Reportedly these cards were illegally being imported from Hong Kong by a courier service in a parcel, said Director General (DG) of Customs Intelligence Moinul Khan.
The parcel was intercepted while being cleared with the bill of entry at the airport earlier in the day.
The Daily Star quoted Khan as saying that there was no valid document for the parcel and legal action was underway to catch the culprits.
