Hostages on Egypt hijacked plane released
The Egypt Air hijacking incident has come to an end after the hijacker surrendered followed by the hostages being released . The plane was travelling from Alexandria to Cairo and forced to divert to Larnaca Airport in Cyprus.

Egypt Air Flight MS181 was taken over by a passenger claiming to be wearing a suicide explosive belt.
In a tweet, the Cypriot foreign ministry said: "It's over. The hijacker arrested", reports Guardian.
The Cyprus foreign ministry identified the hijacker as Seif Eldin Mustafa, and said negotiations were ongoing.
The motive behind the hijacking still remains unclear.
Some reports said the man wanted to talk to his estranged Cypriot wife, while others said he was seeking the release of female prisoners in Egypt.
The Flight had 55 passengers on board when it was seized. Everyone on board was released except for the captain and co-pilot, a female crew member, a security officer and three passengers.
