DJ Snake to headline Nasimi sessions' Ulitmate closing party
“Lean On” DJ will be accompanied by Parisian favourite, DJ Tchami in his debut performance at Nasimi Beach.French DJ/Producer and self-described maestro, William Grigahcine, better known as DJ Snake, is announced as the headline act of the legendary Nasimi Sessions closing party on Thursday 19th May 2016.
“Lean On” DJ will be accompanied by Parisian favourite, DJ Tchami in his debut performance at Nasimi Beach.French DJ/Producer and self-described maestro, William Grigahcine, better known as DJ Snake, is announced as the headline act of the legendary Nasimi Sessions closing party on Thursday 19th May 2016.
Taking place from 7pm – 3am, electronic and house lovers can dance the night away to chart topping tunes including “Middle”, “Turn Down For What” and “Get Low”. Following a strong several-year stint of smash hits as well as his reign as Billboard Hot 100 resident and leader of the past US Dance charts, it’s a sure thing that the dance floor will be pumping all night long.
Marking himself as the ultimate Parisian prodigy, DJ Snake started out as a leading industry producer, working on smash hit albums such as Lady Gaga’s album Born This Way, earning him a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. In 2015 he was labeled as an "Artist to Watch" by FoxWeekly and won top dance/electronic song for his hit “Turn Down For What” by Billboard Music Award. In November 2015, "Lean On" was named Spotify's global song of the summer and soon surpassed 526 million Spotify plays, making it the service's most streamed song ever. In January 2016, Forbes named him one of their "30 Under 30 In Music" for the year.
Supporting DJ Snake will be DJ Tchami, who has wielded huge influence in dance music over the past couple of years. Tchami’s remix of Janet Jackson’s “Go Deep” became an instant overnight hit, followed up with his first original production “Promesses” and his remixes of AlunaGeorge’s “You Know You Like It,” Oliver’s “MYB,” and “Turn it up” by DJ Mercer. Having gained the support from some of today’s top DJs such as A-Trak, Nick Catchdubs, Dillon Francis and Skrillex, Tchami’s career is already off to a great start!
