British MP dead after street attack

​London: British MP Jo Cox, 41, has died after being attacked in the street in her constituency on Thursday. West Yorkshire Police spokeswoman Dee Collins told reporters she was "very sad" to report that Cox was pronounced dead. The attack took place in Birstall, a large village in her constituency. It happened near the library, where she regularly holds meetings with her constituents.
