National award winning actor Neetu N Chandra is currently stationed in the USA for Korean Ambassador’s Korus Taekwondo Championship!
National award winning actor Neetu N Chandra is currently stationed in the USA for Korean Ambassador’s Korus Taekwondo Championship!
The actress-entrepreneur is the only Indian female actor to boast of 4 Dan black belts in Taekwondo and even represented India in the 1997 World Taekwondo Championships in Hong Kong. Accordingly, she has been invited as the Guest of Honour at the championship where she will also be performing a 20-minute demonstration alongside international black belt holders, prior to the tournament, which will be aired live prime time on international television.
Making her country proud at the world championship, Neetu is the only Indian black belt holder among thousands of Koreans participants. As soon as she arrived at Washington DC, she started practicing at the DC Convention Center for the demonstration.
Besides attending the Taekwondo championship, the travel freak took some time out to visit popular places including The Abraham Lincoln Memorial, The White House, World War 11 monument and Martin Luther King Jr Memorial among others.
