Bhongir: District Collector Anitha Ramachandran stated that teaching and student communities have to play a key role in educating and driving people towards online and cashless transactions.
On Friday, she along with Joint Collector Ravi Naik conducted a meeting with the principals of Inter, Degree and Engineering colleges located in and around the Bhongir.
Addressing the principals, the Collector said college managements, teachers and students of Bhongir town and surroundings must be ahead of others with regard to online and cashless transactions.
In this connection, she advised the principals to conduct special classes to train teachers and students on cashless transactions in such way that they could further train their family members, relatives and villagers.
