Auto drivers sensitised on digitisation of data in Khammam
Traffic Circle Inspector P Naresh Reddy on Wednesday released a pamphlet for distribution among auto-rickshaw drivers and trade union members. A sensitisation programme on proposed computerisation of details of auto-rickshaws and their owners in the city will be held at the Pavilion Grounds here from November 5.
Khammam: Traffic Circle Inspector P Naresh Reddy on Wednesday released a pamphlet for distribution among auto-rickshaw drivers and trade union members. A sensitisation programme on proposed computerisation of details of auto-rickshaws and their owners in the city will be held at the Pavilion Grounds here from November 5.
In all, 10,000 pamphlets have been distributed among the auto rickshaw drivers at various junctions in the city. SIs P Devender Rao, N Prabhakar Rao, the Assistant Sub-inspectors and the police personnel took part in the distribution programme.
The auto-rickshaw drivers have been asked to bring all relevant documents like Registration Certificate, driving license with transport badge, insurance, pollution certificate, fitness certificate, travel permit and one photocopy of the certificates to be submitted to the officials. Further, they are sought Aadhaar Card or voter card or ration card for address proof.
