Kothagudem: IT Minister KT Rama Rao has to face an awkward situation as he was participating in foundation stone laying programme in Palvoncha on Tuesday, when the university students suddenly started anti-government slogans.
They even staged a protest. Both the officials and police prevented the students from interrupting the programme. After the inauguration was completed, Minister KTR enquired the students reason for their protest.
The students explained that there are no basic facilities in the university, no teaching staff for the last six months, and other problems.The Minister assured the students that he will speak about the issues with Education Minister, then the students withdraw their protest and left the venue.
