Bifurcation of Seema unacceptable: Sobha

Allagadda (Kurnool): Describing Rayalaseema as a backward area, YSR Congress leader Sobha Nagi Reddy, said here on Tuesday that gross injustice was done to Rayalaseema when Bellary was ceded during the formation of Andhra state. Speaking to the media, she lambasted the Congress party for hatching a conspiracy to betray the people of Rayalseema in the name of Rayala Telangana. Holding Congress party squarely responsible for the Telangana problem, she said that instead of untangling the Telangana problem the Congress was resorting to bifurcation of Rayalaseema. She said that it was unbecoming of Congress party to bifurcate Rayalaseema. She regretted that the TDP leaders were not talking over the issue. The Congress was resorting to bifurcation of Rayalaseema with the fear the YSR Congress would sweep all the seats in Rayalasema. She exhorted the people to collectively fight against the move.
