US Intelligence Agencies warn of possible IS attack during GES

With the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) 2017 all set to commence today in Hyderabad with the likes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and daughter and adviser to US President Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump attending the summit, the United States intelligence agencies have warned India of a possible lone-wolf Islamic State terror attack during the conference.

With the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) 2017 all set to commence today in Hyderabad with the likes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and daughter and adviser to US President Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump attending the summit, the United States intelligence agencies have warned India of a possible lone-wolf Islamic State terror attack during the conference.

According to the reports, the Telangana police are working to prevent any attack by Islamic State. The Intelligence Bureau and Telangana Counter Intelligence Cell are now keeping a close watch on at least 200 suspects who previously had terror links with various terror organizations.

US Secret Service agents are providing the security for Ivanka Trump while Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s security will be taken care by the SPG with an additional layer of security provided by the Telangana intelligence security wing.

Apart from this, Greyhounds and Octopus personnel will also provide security during the GES in Hyderabad with nearly 10,400 policemen guarding the Summit.
