Telangana ranks top in beer marketing among southern states

Telangana has been ranked top in the Beer marketing among the sourthern states even in the Winter season.

According to the reports, Telangana people are consuming 37 lakh bottles per month on an average and in order to meet the increased demand TSBCL is importing 20,000 bottles per day resulting in Telangana importing beer bottles from neighbouring states while stalling exports.

Social analysts and Jana Vignana Vedica members believe that the youth in the state are getting addicted to alcohol. According to an excise officer, Telangana stands number one in beer marketing in the country.
