Woman forces daughter to sit on hot pan, arrested along with lover
A four-year-old girl was forced to sit on a hot pan by her own mother causing severe burn injuries on the body.
A four-year-old girl was forced to sit on a hot pan by her own mother causing severe burn injuries on the body.
The woman, Lalitha hailing from Srikakulam left her husband and came to Hyderabad few months back along with her daughter and lover, Prakash. They took up work at a hostel in SR Nagar.
However, Prakash was against the daughter staying with them and had been harassing Lalitha to get rid of the girl.
Few days ago, Lalitha forced her daughter to sit on the hot pan resulting in the child sustaining severe burns.
Later, they attempted to handover the girl to an orphanage stating she was found at Secunderabad Railway station. However, police enquiries revealed the truth and the duo were arrested. A case has been registered against both of them.
