Srikanth Reddy says TDP is promoting corruption and violence
YSR Congress Party MLA G Srikanth Reddy on Sunday charged the Telugu Desam Party with trying to sabotage the Praja Sankalpa Yatra of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and with trying to bring back rowdyism in politics.
Kadapa: YSR Congress Party MLA G Srikanth Reddy on Sunday charged the Telugu Desam Party with trying to sabotage the Praja Sankalpa Yatra of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and with trying to bring back rowdyism in politics.
Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, the Rayachoty MLA said that the TDP was unable to bear the sight of thousands attending YS Jagan’s meetings during the yatra.
He said while late Dr. YSR had worked towards ending factionism, the TDP was encouraging violence and rowdyism. He said the comments of Kadapa TDP leader Satish Reddy that they were prepared for violence is an indication of the TDP intentions. He said the TDP was planning to incite violence in the district.
Srikanth Reddy also said that Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy was ready for an open debate anytime, anywhere on the development of Pulivendula. He said the party was ready for a debate on the issue of development in any of the district in the state.
