Truck rams into bike in Hyderabad; Man killed, son sustains injuries

A 50-year-old man was killed in a road mishap that took place in Bahadurpally Village near Dundigal in Hyderabad on Thursday.

The incident occurred around 8 am when the deceased, V Ramesh was on his way to Jeedimetla to drop his 13-year-old son at the school.

However, his bike was hit by a truck coming in the opposite direction at a high speed. While Ramesh suffered a head injury and died on the spot, his son sustained injuries and was rushed to the hospital.

A case has been registered against the truck driver and the police are investigating further.
