Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh PCC President Raghuveera Reddy lashed out at the TDP and BJP parties alleging that both the parties have cheated the five crore people with their dramas.
The Congress leader said that the two parties are enacting dramas over the Special Category Status issue and people will not believe them anymore.
Accusing BJP president Amit Shah and AP Chandrababu Naidu of jointly manipulating, Raghuveera Reddy said Chandrababu should have reacted to Amit Shah's claims during the public meeting in Tadepalligudem.
"It was the Congress party which promised special status to the AP at the time of bifurcation. Now, the BJP and TDP parties have ignored the promise as the Congress party would get major credit for it. These two parties have sailed together for four long years and now they were misleading and embarrassing people by criticizing each other," he said.
