The two Congress MLAs - Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and SA Sampath Kumar who were expelled from the Telangana Assembly for their alleged unruly behaviour got the respite by a single judge after they challenged the expulsion in Court.

Now, 12 TRS MLAs questioning the verdict are urging the high court bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan to take up their plea.
