Roads & Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao and Mahabubnagar MP Jitender Reddy on Wednesday Union Minister Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi.

They held discussions regarding the development of several roads in Telangana.

Seeking co-operation from the Centre regarding the road development, Tummala Nageswara Rao stated that the Union Minister has approved the proposal for the Sangareddy National Highway - 157 km.

He stated that Nitin Gadkari will be examining the proposal for the Chautipal-Shad Nagar-Kandi road - 205 km and also look into the allocation of funds worth Rs 1,000 crores Under the CRPF Fund.

The Minister also informed that the Mahaboobnagar - Jadcherla Road has gotten the approval to be made in four rows.
