Visakhapatnam East MLA and TDP leader Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu strongly criticized YSRCP leader Vijay Sai Reddy’s allegation that he was behind the murder of Kapu leader and Congress MLA Vangaveeti Ranga.
He dared Vijaysai Reddy to prove his involvement in the case. "If proved, I shall quit politics," he said. He also demanded that Vijaysai Reddy prove his allegations that cases were pending against him. He said he would launch Dharma Porata Deeksha on May 22.
On Wednesday, he performed poojas at Polamamba temple praying for the success of his protest. He said he was taking up Dharma Porata Deeksha demanding special status to Andhra Pradesh.
