Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s four-day tour to New Delhi ended abruptly on Monday in 24 hours after he was denied meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

KCR flew to the National Capital on Monday morning to discuss regarding the new zonal system of government jobs with PM Modi. He held a meeting with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed pending issues from the AP Bifurcation Act which should be granted for Telangana.

The Chief Minister planned to meet PM Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind but flew back to Hyderabad after he failed to get an appointment with the Prime Minister.

According to the sources, the Prime Minister’s Office revealed that Modi is on a foreign trip and hence KCR returned back.

Previously, PM Modi had denied giving appointment to all parties over SC Categorisation.
