Six models readied up for NTR statue at Amaravati

The Andhra Pradesh Government’s Amaravati Development Council has prepared six models for the NTR’s statue, memorial and a museum in Neerukonda village of Amaravati capital area.
Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh Government’s Amaravati Development Council has prepared six models for the NTR’s statue, memorial and a museum in Neerukonda village of Amaravati capital area.
The memorial and the statue would be built atop a hillock.There would be an online poll to chose the best model, sources said. The models have been developed by the NCC, Genesis and the L and T company. Meanwhile, the state-level tourism marketing committee has okayed the proposals submitted by several organizations.
The committee comprised Tourism commissioner Himanshu Shukla, deputy secretary of finance department Malleswara Rao and other senior officials.
