TS Formation Day: KCR calls Telangana the number one state in country

Telangana is celebrating the state formation day today and the celebrations are being held at Parade Ground in Secunderabad.

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on the occasion, paid tribute to Telangana martyrs.

He unveiled the National Flag at Parade Grounds and received Honorary Salutation from TS police.

Speaking at the occasion, KCR congratulated the people of Telangana on the occasion of Telangana Formation day. He said that the dream of Telangana became possible after several sacrifices.

KCR said, “Special welfare and development programs have been implemented after the separate state came into existence.

Telangana is the guide to the country and is number one in terms of development.”

Speaking further, the Chief Minister said, “Telangana is the only state that sings for the welfare of the people. The people of all sections of society are developing. We provide 24 hours power supply. Telangana people and the farmers were seriously damaged during the rule of United rulers, where Congress did not oppose those policies.”

Elaborating on the upcoming measures being taken up by the state government, he said, “The projects on Godavari contract with Maharashtra would be constructed. Other smaller projects are also being cultivated. Thousands of crops are being cultivated with the completed projects under their government. The election manifesto is being implemented.”

He further assured to work with dedication and utmost commitment towards the development of Telangana State.
