Doctor breaks child’s leg during treatment in Hyderabad

In a bizarre incident, a doctor allegedly hurt a three-year-old child severely while providing treatment in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

Identified as Dr Kiran Kumar, he accidentally twisted the child's leg while treating her for a minor injury at a Government Homeopathy Hospital in Ramanthapur.

Alleging that the doctor was careless while treating their child, the parents staged a protest at the hospital premises. They further said that the doctor now referred them to a private hospital for treatment. The parents added that no action was taken against the doctor despite complaining to the medical officer.

A police complaint was lodged against the doctor.
