New Delhi: If you think politicians are always serious and have no place for humour in their lives, Union Minister Smriti Irani’s Instagram updates are here to pop that bubble. Smriti’s latest Instagram post is about weight gain struggles and let’s just say, we have all been there. This morning, Irani took to her Instagram page to share a picture which showed Smriti Irani and her husband Zubin Irani sitting on a staircase.
In the snap, she can be seen looking up at a thought bubble which says “Hey Bhagwan utha le, mujhe nahi mere vazan ko utha le (oh Lord, please take, not me, take my weight). Sitting beside her, Zubin is shown thinking: “Isko bhi uthaloge toh chalega (if you take her too, it will be fine)”. “Some people say my husband’s wife is freaking awesome..true story,” she wrote in the caption.
This is not the first time that the former Television superstar has flaunted her humorous side on Instagram. One post at a time, the Union Minister is constantly acing the meme game. Thanks to these regular posts, we now know that, like many of us, Smriti is not a huge fan of working on weekends. While her job requires her to work 24*7, a little bit of humour never hurts anybody.
It’s not just funny memes, Smriti Irani sometimes gives the best relationship advice one can ask for. Exhibit A- “When your ex-says you will never find someone else like me!
