TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy hailed services initiated by UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi on the occasion of her 72nd birthday.
Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan, Uttam said that Sonia Gandhi has proposed many schemes during the UPA regime. He said that Sonia Gandhi's role in the formation of Telangana state cannot be forgotten.
The Food Security act, RTI act, Right to Education were formed during UPA rule, he said.
