CPI leader Ramakrishna letter to AP CM

Vijayawada: CPI State secretary K Ramakrishna wrote a letter to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu regarding Vedavathi Lift irrigation project.

In the letter, he wrote to Naidu to take the required action for constructing the two proposed reservoir under Vedavathi Lift irrigation scheme in Kurnool West with 8 tmc water holding capacity.

The Kurnool west regions are known as extreme drought affected areas, by constructing Belahal and Molagavalli reservoir with 8 tmc water capacity (4 each) nearly 80 thousand acres land can be brought into irrigation and 253 villages will get drinking water supply.
