AP SI preliminary examination: No entry into exam hall if late by a minute

The preliminary examination for the recruitment of sub-inspector of police in Andhra Pradesh will be held tomorrow i.e, on December 16 from 10 am to 1 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

The candidates are advised to reach the exam centre an hour before. A minute late will cost dearer to the candidates as the officials imposed strict rules.

Around 1,35,414 candidates have applied for Civil SI, AR, APSP RSI, Deputy jailer and Station fire officer. The examination is being held in 240 centres across seven cities.

This is the second time that the government is conducting the SI recruitment in the state. The AP government had released notification for SI recruitment for the first time in 2016 after the state bifurcation.
