Depressed over not getting married, woman commits suicide in Karimnagar

A 27-year-old committed suicide on Tuesday after being vexed over not getting married here at Karimnagar.

Anitha, a native of Tungalapalli village in Karimnagar district consumed pesticide to end her life. According to SI Pakala Lakshma Reddy, no one has come forward to marry Anitha as she was little obese. She was shown to a psychiatrist a few days ago.

Meanwhile, she attempted suicide and was shifted to a hospital where she was declared brought dead.
