TDP MPs to oppose EVMs

Amaravati: The Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party has held a strategy session for the upcoming parliamentary sessions at Vijayawada on Saturday.

The TDPP, which met under the chairpersonship of Chandrababu Naidu has decided to oppose the use of Electronic Voting Machines. He said that EVMs are being opposed in many countries and many developed countries have not been using the EVMs.

He said that the hackers should not be allowed to derail democracy. He said hacking was possible in EVMs. He said people's trust in democratic system is very important.
