It is known fact that drinking water is good for health to keep our body hydrated, but drinking too much water before going to bed can unsettle your sleep while going to washroom and totally it disturbs your sleep cycle. So consumer enough water before going bed.
Nowadays, most of the young people are facing the lack of sleep problem because of artificial technology. You might digging how artificial technology affecting good night’s sleep, Television, smart phones and computers might be one reason to stay awake during night times. If you want to get a good night sleep avoid of exposure to electronics or gadgets.

If you have a habit of reading books before going to bed ,it is an easy way to relax your mind as soon as possible.Read your favorite book, get enough sleep and avoid by using gadgets.

Always switch off the lights for better sleep.

Most of the people believe that drinking caffeine at the office keeps you relax and reduce the some of the stress. Of course it is good exercise during office hours ,but try to say ‘No Caffeine’ after 2 pm to get better sleep.
