Women in Britain are taking law into their own hands as they are carrying a three million volt stun gun disguised as lipsticks in their handbags, The Daily Star reported.
The lipstick, which is illegal in the United Kingdom, delivers a shock 60 times more powerful than those used by police and carrying one could result in a five-year jail term for firearms possession.
Earlier, a 27-year-old woman was arrested after police confiscated a lipstick stun gun from a business in a village in England.
A woman in possession of the stun gun said that all she had to do was press a button and it would give off a sound of a loud crack you'll hear, adding that it would scare off any burglar.
