Nothing spells complete contentment than having crack-free supple feet. Keeping healthy feet that look beautiful to an extent that no one would let you set your foot on the ground is not that difficult a task. Feet that are pink, soft and stunning do not entirely depend on getting a pedicure every week. Taking care of your feet is as essential as taking care of your face or hands. Here are few tips by Vedic Line that will not just fetch you compliments for those gorgeous feet but also make you happy from within.

· Right Size Shoes: Very often you might find a pair of heels that are simply a point smaller than your usual foot size but since you are getting a good deal you do not want to let go. That can be a very wrong decision as feet are prone to corns and blisters that can be extremely painful and also tend to spoil your feet. Always wear well-fitted shoes that are comfortable and every time you shop for new shoes try them on even if you know your foot size well and buy from the shoe brand often.

· Soak Your Feet: Very often feet tend to get tired and hurt or get swollen. At times feet have rough and dry skin too. To avoid such days where you do not have happy feet, soak them in warm water and add few essential oils and Voila!! Soaking your feet in warm water can do miracles in a matter of few minutes, ideally ten to fifteen minutes would leave your skin soft and scrubbing dead skin is easy.

· Scrubbing: Now that you have soaked your feet for some time, scrubbing is crucial and should not be avoided. A good foot scrub and the use of a pumice stone will smoothen out skin. Just the way you might use a walnut scrub for your face to remove blackheads and nourish your skin, feet too need a scrub twice a month.

· Moisturise Your Feet: To have soft baby like feet it is important that you moisturise your feet with a good foot cream and set it as a priority on your beauty regime. Ideally a cream enriched with Vitamin E or coconut oil should leave your feet the smoothest and softest. The right time to moisturise your feet is in the night when the feet feel rested and you can moisturise them and wear your favourite pair of socks and sleep.

· Remove Nail Paint Often: Just the way you should never wear makeup and sleep, it is essential that you let your nails breathe. Wearing nail paint for days together is not a good habit as nails can turn yellow. Trim them to a good size and never wear nail paint for a long stretch.
