The businessman wants to be allowed to use the Playboy name for the club and has drawn up paperwork for a 90m dollar-offer, comprising 12m dollars from himself and the remainder from partners.

According to TMZ, Beacher Jeff has confirmed that he is serious about his plan, which would make him spend 20m dollars in renovations, keeping the main structure intact and adding five bungalows for guests.

A Playboy executive told the website they would ''seriously entertain'' the proposal, but not necessarily his price.

However, getting a license variance for a club in Holmby Hills, where the mansion is situated, seems doubtful.
