Yesteryear heartthrob and parenting author, Sonali Bendre Behl, recently wrote The Modern Gurukul, My Experiments with Parenting.

She's back among the books again, as she turned up in a stylish white shirt and flared pants at Crossword Bookstores at the launch of author Anusha Subramanian’s book.

Bendre was present to launch the book ‘Never Gone’ by Anusha Subramanian, daughter of bestselling, Crossword Book Award winning author Ravi Subramanian.

Speaking at the launch, Sonali confessed that she was the only author in her family; and that she would love for her son Ranveer to read books, as books have been her best friend.

Sonali also candidly admitted that she has the strong urge to ‘read fiction’, but ‘could never write fiction.’

Teenage author Anusha Subramanian, one of the country's youngest young adult authors, was only twelve when she wrote her first book, Heirs of Catriona.

‘Never Gone’ is her second book. A work of youth fiction, you will meet many colourful characters in the 226 pages of the book.

As Anusha said, “I really love forming an emotional connect with the reader and hope that my book is able to achieve this.”

Proud father and Crossword Award winning author Ravi Subramanian; who has penned popular bestsellers with his banking trilogy The Incredible Banker, The Bankster and Bankerupt posed happily for pictures with daughter Anusha.
