New Delhi: Barbeque Nation presents the “Cuisines of the Nation” on the occasion of Republic Day. The festival brings the diverse culinary traditions of our country under one roof. Visit any of Barbeque Nation’s 11 outlets in Delhi-NCR region (Connaught Place, Jangpura, Saket, Vasant Kunj, Pitampura, Janakpuri, Vivek Vihar, Noida, Faridabad, Sohna Road and Sushant Lok) between January 24th and January 30th to celebrate the festival of different cuisines.

Guests can begin their meal with the special Trianga salad- assorted tri color vegetables done with different sauces, Nariel Na DudhRandheliGhobi from Gujrat- ghobiprepared in coconut milk with spices; Mesh kaPokodafrom Uttrakhandand Goan Lemony Fish from Goa - fish marinated in lemon and cooked in a rich masaledaar gravy;Moong Dal Koshimbir - soaked moong dal served with cucumber, green chilies and grated coconut and chicken in Chettinad from Telangana.

Barbeque Nation offers customers a chance to experience different vegetarian main courses from different parts of the country such as KotmeriChi Paneer- succulent paneer prepared in Marathi stylekotmeri curry, KhattaMeethaBainganfrom Jammu & Kashmir – sliced eggplant, marinated in sugar and tamarind to give a tangy taste andDalBaatiChoorma- one of the most famous Rajasthanidishes, a combination of fried spicy lentil gravy with cakes of coarsely ground wheat fried in ghee.

The outlet also offers temptingnon-vegetarian preparations such as DholaDhari Chicken- prepared in the authentic Himachali way andShorsheBata Maach –fish cooked in hot and spicy turmeric, chilli and mustard paste. Customers can finish their meal with Barbeque’s Nation signature Kulfi’s,Kalakand from Bengal and other delicious desserts.

Barbeque Nation will continue its tradition of honouring ex servicemen from the Indian Armed Forces to express its respect to servicemen safeguarding the nation. Barbeque Nation hosted dinner for the Indian Armed Forces and their families at its Noida outlet. The veterans and their families were welcomed with flowers and a menu curated especially in their honour. The event witnessed veterans addrressing the guests and exploring their experiences. As a part of Republic Day celebrations, the staff performedto popular patriotic songs.
