Sabudhana kheer:
Ingredients:
¼ cup rinsed sabudhana
4 cups milk
5 to 6 tbsp unrefined organic cane sugar
4 cardamoms grounded to semi powder
2 tbs[n chopped cashwes
½ tbsp raisins
3-6 saffron strands

Boil the rinsed sabudhana with water in a cooker for three whistles. Open the cooker lid and let it get cooked for another five minutes on a sim flame.

Mean while add boiled milk to the sabudhana and continue to cook

Now add sugar, cardamom powder, cashews and raisins and simmer till the pearls have cooked well for 20-25 minutes on a low to medium flame. Switch off and serve kheer hot, warm or cold.
