In most of the cases, these patients are IT professionals, who lead a sedentary lifestyle, who works in odd hours and who eat a lot of junk food like pizzas, burgers, high consumption of saturated fats, tobacco etc . Stress seems to be the main reason and there comes smoking in hand.

However, this condition can be solved through proper counseling and lifestyle modifications.

Prevention is the best medicine..Here come the steps for prevention:

Five day a week moderate exercise of 30 minutes intense activity is necessary
Saying good bye to alcohol and tobacco
Saying NO to Junk food
Regularizing food and sleep habits
Reduce stress by practicing yoga and meditation
By rushing to emergency if any symptoms like chest pain, pain radiating to both the arms, breathing difficulty and sweating.
Having frequent checkups.
