Banana Pakoras -

Ingredients:

1. Ripe bananas

2. Gram flour

3. Salt

4. Ajwain

5. Black pepper powder

6. Oil to fry

7. Water

Mix gram flour with salt ajwain and black pepper powder with water till the batter gets the consistency to make pakoras. Now cut the bananas vertically heat the oil in a deep bowl and heat the oil. Dip the bananas in the flour and add it to the oil fry the pakodas golden brown and serve it hot.
