Sit in a meditative posture. Keep your back and neck in a straight line and close your eyes . Now bring your right hand into the pranayam posture and keep it on the nose trils

How to get the pranayam mudra?

Now keep the index and middle fingers straight and close the right nostril with the thumb. placing the index and middle fingers in the middle of the forehead, at the Anja chakra, exhale air through the left nostril. Now ,inhale through the left nostril as much air as you can , now close your left nostril with the ring finer and small finger breathe out the air through your right nostril .now breathe in through your right nostril and exhale through your left nostril this completes one cycle of Naadishodhana Pranayam
