Pepper chicken -

Ingredients:

500 grams chicken
Grounded pepper 3 table spoons
2 lemons squeeze the juice out of it
Salt to taste
Dhania powder 1 table spoon
½ table spoon turmeric
2 medium sized onions
6 garlic flakes
Small portion of ginger
1 table spoon chilli powder
Oil to fry
2 Cloves, 2 cardamoms and a small stick of cinnamon

Take the chicken and clean it properly. Ground the onions garlic, cloves and cardamom to a fine paste..In the mean while marinade the chicken with lime juice, dhania powder, salt, chilly powder, and grounded pepper for ½ nhr.

Now heat 1 curry spoon full of oil in a pan after the oil gets heated add onion ginger garlic and masala paste. Fry it till golden brown now add the marinated chicken and fry it for 20 minutes add 50 ml of water and cover it with a lid and cook it for 15 more minutes garnish it with coconut powder and coriander.
