Scientists have proved that the ‘velcro petals’ allows bees to hold onto to them when there is breeze. Flowers are always formed at the terminal branches of the plants. The terminal braches rock easily when there is breeze. Petals of any flower will be in general are very soft and smooth. The pollinators like bees and other small insects will find it hard to sit onto the petal when the flower moves hither and thither due to wind or breeze. Imagine if the pollinators findsit hard to sit onto the petals, naturally the effectiveness of the pollination event would suffers the worst.

Only when the comfort and protection to the pollinators are given, they could do the job of pollination effectively. Thus flowers with conical cells and Velcro petals have evolved.

The modern corporate must imbibe the management message clearly. If they want the employees to perform well and achieve the goal of the corporate, the required level of comfort and protection must be given to people. Like how the Velcro petals support the pollinators to have a firm grip on them during wind and breeze, the employees also must have confidence and faith in corporate.

Only when such system is created, corporate could achieve its end goal. Look at the marvel of nature. How insightfully nature has understood the finest essence of the above management message of ‘help to get help’ and facilitated plants to evolve.

Unless the HR function strive hard to create the above culture in corporate and unless the corporate bosses understand the above in letter and spirit, the commitment and creativity cannot be established amongst people.

Unfortunately, most corporate bosses treat their subordinates ‘inappropriately’ and never care about their aspirations. To the proportion of salary paid to them, they must do the job is the simple law most corporate and the bosses love to follow.

The flower offer very tasty and most nutritious nectar to the pollinators. When such nectar is provided or offered, naturally the pollinators are expected to come towards the flower for nectar and do pollination in return. But the nature has never approached the issue the way as some corporate might operate. It is not ‘just pollination’ to takes place, an ‘effective pollination’ must takes place. To have an effective pollination event to occur, other disturbances like wind, breeze etc., should not affect the pollinators, hence the conical petals and Velcro petals are created to support them.
The evolution, morphology, anatomy and behavioural ecology of every life form on earth and every other aspects of biology rest only in the premises of some ‘supreme management principles’. Corporate must study biology and nature and only then they can learn the ‘true and complete’ essence of corporate management.
