SodaBottleOpenerWala is presenting a special Persian menu ‘Persian Pop-Up with Chef Anaida Parvaneh' all month long. In the latest menu, Chef Anaida brings in her healthy Persian-inspired Pop-Up menu for Hyderabad food lovers.
Anaida said that she loves the variety of her food and it is a balanced combination of flavors that complement each other. The idea is to give guests a wholesome experience that interests and entertains your taste buds all in a single bowl!
On the menu, apart from the Persian bowls, they also have traditional Persian delicacies each using ingredients known to for their healing properties.
Anaida Parvaneh is a talented pop singer, actor, director, and writer who was a singing sensation in 90’s, breaking the cultural barriers through her music. Inspired by mind and body wellness and spiritual growth, Anaida learned Tebb e Sonnati (Traditional medicine in Persian), from her mother, who is also a naturopath.
One of the special item in the menu, ‘Anaida's Magic Soup’, is a tasty and healthy combination of turnip, corn, mixed sprouts, coriander, onion, garlic and roasted vermicelli and choice of Chicken or Shiitake Mushrooms.
“Persian Haleem was a hit at the Gyarah Handi Haleem, this time around we introduce Vegetarian Haleem, made of eggplant and wheat paste flavoured with Iranian Kashk. It’s a vegetarian’s delight,” adds Anaida.
The dessert selection offers Baslog, coconut flavoured Iranian sweet with Vanila ice cream and Persian Halwa made with wheat flour cooked in ghee and rose water flavoured with cinnamon and nuts, it’s the perfect end to a Persian meal.
Our recommendation- Spicy Vegan Bowl, Fesenjan, Esfahan -no rice biryani, Persian Haleem available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
