Chef Mohammad Hassan along with the Executive Chef Vinay Kumar & his team have put together delightful an array of exotic and aromatic dishes to bring alive the Awadhi cuisine. The menu consists of a variety of items like Galouti, shami, kakori, dalchi, zamikand ke kebab and much more.

Chef Hassan comes with more than 34 years of culinary experience with an expertise on Punjabi, Rajasthani, Kashmiri and Lucknowi cuisine. He has worked under many aged classic Awadhi chefs which has enriched his knowledge. He along with Chef Vinay Kumar from Mercure Hyderabad KCP are all set to weave the magic and tantalise people with the rich tastes of kebabs and many more Awadhi flavours.

The Awadhi Food festival at Mercure Hyderabad KCP promises the authentic true flavours of Nawabi food using the magical blending of spices of traditional dishes which includes a mix of vegetarian and non – vegetarian dishes.
