Which can be added to many dishes and prepared in numerous ways. One way to enjoy eggs is to
hard boiled them. As they make great salad toppings and can be eaten alone with a sprinkle of salt
and pepper.
Eggs are so nutritious that they’re often referred to as nature’s multivitamin many studies show that
eating eggs regularly can improve health.
They also contain unique antioxidants and powerful brain nutrients that many people are deficient
