RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is professional body established in the UK by Royal Charter which committed to setting and upholding the highest standards of excellence and integrity –providing impartial authoritative advice affecting business and society.
RICS Fellowship is an international measure of excellence and defines as RICS Fellowship as: ‘An honoured class of membership awarded on the basis of individual achievement within the profession. Syed Ali Dilawer is a recognized expert & author among Project Management professionals and contract advisory community globally. Currently working with an International Consultancy’ as Senior Planning Manager.
He is a recipient of prestigious Rashtriya Gaurav Award and Glory of India Gold Medal conferred by India International Friendship Society (IIFS) and International Institute of Success Awareness (IISW). “Best Citizens of India Award 2014” by The International Publishing House. Bharat Excellence and Rashtriya Ratan Awards by the Friendship Forum of India and First runner up of “Middle East 2014 Awards for Excellence (Professional Development)” by EC Harris & Arcadis Group UAE.
He has authored Hand Book for Project Control Professionals, Fundamental of Accounting & Finance for Engineers & Managers, Construction Claim Management, Project Management Dictionary, and Legal Term Dictionary for non-legal professionals. He regularly writes articles for leading project management magazines.
Syed Ali Dilawer holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in General Management Program. He is an Alumni of IIM Ahmadabad. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) USA, Certified Cost Consultant (CCP) USA, and Lead Auditor. He is a Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIarb) UK and International Quality Association (AIQA) UK, Member of Indian Council of Arbitrator (MICA), Associate member of Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologies, Grader for AACEI (Cost Consultant certification).
