Raking up the issue of corruption, Gandhi said, "Crucial bills pending in Parliament which will fight corruption. We will do our utmost to pass them when Parliament reconvenes next month." "I appeal all political parties to rise above political consideration & pass these crucial bills in Parliament," she added.
Sonia promised that all Congress ruled states are committed to implement new Lokayukta law by February 2014.
