New Delhi: After reports of the resignation of Madhu Bhadhuri, the founder member of AAP, there seems to be more trouble awaiting the party.

The rebel MLA, Vinod Binny, who was expelled a week back, is posing a threat to the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal government. Binny is now claiming the support of four MLAs which means bad news for Kejriwal.

After the expulsion of Binny, Kejriwal is left with 27 legislators in the 70-member Delhi Assembly. Kejriwal has the support of eight Congress MLAs and two others - a Janata Dal (United) and an Independent.

Binny is being supported by JD(U) MLA Shoaib Iqbal and the Independent Ranbeer Shokeen too. The five rebels have given Kejriwal government a 48-hour deadline to meet their demands.

On Sunday, Binny said: "I along with Shoaib Iqbal and Rambir will meet Lt Governor Najeeb Jung and withdraw support if our demands are not met in 48 hours."

Binny has been demanding that Kejriwal fulfill the electoral promises made to the people.

Kejriwal and Binny entered into an ugly fight over the latter allegedly seeking the party ticket for LS polls. Binny challenged Kejriwal to prove the allegations and following all that, Binny was expelled.

On Sunday, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) founder member Madhu Bhaduri reportedly quit, saying humanity does not exist in the AAP and it is heading towards a dangerous direction.

Claiming that the AAP is on ‘dangerous path’ Bhaduri said, “The direction in which the party is heading, we will not go there. A party which kicks out humanity, then why would we work for it? And now, what is the difference between them and other parties?”

Miffed with the working of the party, Bhaduri has reportedly decided to step down from the committees on gender justice, foreign policy and national security.
